I only saw the last half of this episode, but man I hated that girl. There is a difference between high maintenance (I freely admit to being that ) and a bitch. It's one thing to not care for spicy food (which he should know) - it's another to be bitchy and ungrateful about literally everything he's done. I think the only thing she liked was Thom's redecoration. If I were the guy, I'd dump her - not that he's all that great of a catch, but even he deserves someone who'll at least appreciate going on national tv and spending all day trying to make her happy.

For the hell of it I'll just add that anyone who cannot take take the time and effort to train a dog shouldn't have one.
