The Oscars 2004

hi, i hope i put this post in the right place...

But I'm wanting to know if this years oscars was going to be shown in the UK? If so what channel and what time?!

thanks alot achtung....and yea it does suck...but its live and we're many hrs ahead so its better to have it live at that late time than to have it like in the evening the nxt day wiv edits etc...

I'm intimately familiar with the suckiness of the time difference. Before I got a Tivo, I'd have to get up at 6 am to watch Premiership matches... not fun if you've been drinking the previous night.

Oh believe me, I would stay up and watch it during the night, live. Because I cannot stand to watch a live show, on tape delay. But I would make sure to take off the next day from work!

That's why you just stay up drinking!

Actually I did do this once for the a World Cup game, but that was at 4 am. At that time, 2 hours makes a lot of a difference...
