CJ was funny on Jay Mohr's talk show, and the scene at the end with Leo was touching, but this show has really gone downhill this year.
I want Aaron Sorkin back!

Unfortunately, this season, the show is indeed just another run of the mill predictable drama. I said to my wife at the beginning of the episode, the crew will successfully rescued but one or two rescuers will buy the farm. My ten year old could have written the plot points.
Mrs. Sorkin please let little Aaron come back to where he is needed.

nbc needs to get things in gear. first they lose sorkin and west wing suffers. then they look to be cancelling ed. at this rate i won't be watching in the fall.

Acc'd to the Wash Post, the last 2 episodes (not including last night's) of West Wing have garnered the lowest ratings in the history of the series.
My guess is that if WW survives, it will not remain in such a valuable time slot.

If this season is any sign of what's ahead, I'd like to see them just end it now. While not exactly on the "top", I'd like to see it end before it gets any closer to the bottom.
I think we're just a few episodes away from an L.A. Law 'elevator' scene...

A the beginning of the year i thought everyone was overreacting and just assuming it was worse because Sorkin was gone but man this show is getting boring and it is so dreary this year

I finally watched the episode and I wasn't impressed. The scene with CJ cutting Mohr down to size was funny but it's just not the same show. The one good thing about the episode is that it reminded me why I love John Spencer and Leo as a character.
