Epiphany Toilet. Genius.
and the best line on tv since Seinfeld was on the air:
What has two thumbs and doesn't give a crap? Bob Kelso.

That was one of the best Scrubs ever, imo. Pure Brilliance all the way around.

What has two thumbs and still doesn't give a crap. Bob Kelso. I thought we'd met.
The line is funny alone and even funnier if you remember the first time he used that gag.

"Nice job barbie, you're right back where you were 3 years ago"
Snoop Dog intern should become a regular.
This was the first time this season that I can remember Cox calling JD newbie. His female pop star streak last week was great.

What's really funny is that this is the second time Kelso has used that line. What you quoted was almost word for word what he said a couple of weeks ago. Tonght's was:

I just loved when Dr. Casey called the roof-top toilet his Everest. Then, in a touching moment, they (Casey and JD) both put their hands on JD's shoulder.
Very, very touching.
And the end when Elliot found the polaroid of Casey finally conquering his Everest - 'twas perfect.

The show's still better than most comedies out there (not better than "Arrested Development"), but there's definitely something missing this year...

I think they could've done better with Michael J Fox, but this episode was much better than the first show with him. Other than putting a toilet on the roof I didn't really think any of the scenes dealing with OCD were very funny or interesting. Unfortunately they turned him into a distraction.

I replayed that line about 3 times and I still couldn't hear what Turk said after the surgeon comment. That is great! I love the look on Todd's face after he said that.
