Great episode overall, but the best part was definitely the scene where Dr. Cox, Jordan and the baby were in the park and Cox put the chain-smoking, cell phone-talking mother in her place. That was freaking hilarious.
As were the Janitor confessions about Elliot and Cox's therapy sessions w/ the baby.
I'm glad Tara Reid is gone, but I did enjoy the scene where she was fixing up Rowdy, then later J.D. asked her if she groomed him around the backside. This show is too much.
Wasn't much Carla this ep. And, thankfully, they didn't over-do the Tod.

Downloading shows is still a violation of copyright and is not looked nicely upon by the networks (especially when all of the commercials are cut out, too).
While it is true that you can tape a show, technically that is only legal for 7 days and for personal use only, I believe.
