I would definitely watch it, but I do not see it happening in the U.S. ever. We are way too conservative as a nation to allow anything like this to take place (even PPV). I am surprised nobody has died yet on MXC (or whatever show it was originally in Japan). I was watching it the other day and some woman was running across those huge spinning log things. She slipped on the third "log" and cracked her head on that "log" and then whipped back and slammed her head on the second "log". I seriously thought she broke her neck. The same episode some guy was running the bases in some baseball game and tried to dive into second base, and fell down on his head into mud. Looked like he broke his neck, back, or both. I am not sure how old that show is, but surely someone has gotten seriously injured.

I could see it happening.
A few years ago when Vince McMahon announced XFL, my friend said he should have proposed doing a show like The Running Man.
Hey, couldn't be worse than XFL could it?
