On a sad note for me, I had Colby in my $$ pool at work, now I have to rely on Tom to win me some money.

My shitty picks (jerri/amber) are still in the running. Unbelievable!

Ethan is eliminated. Watch out Renee I can see Rob being to full of himself and getting the axe if they ever loose an immunity challenge.

Yep, that's the same thought I had. When the picks were originally chosen, I was elated. One good, upstanding human being to root for and another that's arrogant, self absorbed, and somehow, still so much fun to watch. The ying and yang of Survivor, if you will.

So, I thought I'd be sad once Ethan was booted. Truth is, he annoyed me this season. Seemed whiny and weak, not at all the guy I remember. And Rob, while still arrogant, seems less self absorbed. With Amber around, we see another side of him. There's still the hints that he's not as self confident as he seems (belittling Rupert to make himself seem superior,) and there's not the Robfather quoting.

I hope he sticks around til the end. Not just for the otter droppings, but just to keep the show interesting. There's not much else holding my attention anymore!

Jerri got the axe this week. This leaves Renee, Jay77 and Patman with one Survivor each left. Too bad I thought this episode was a little lacking.

You can tell that this pool didn't quite take off due to the fact that I just now remembered that I had Amber and won. We should do this next Survivor but get it organized way earlier.

I say on this next pool we setup a Paypal account for each person to add a fee to and winner/2nd take all. Is there 16 or 18 in the next one?

That sounds alright, but if there is going to be money involved I think there has to be a good method to how the picks are made. Otherwise it could be unfair.
