Simpsons 1/25
what are you thought so far?
iam not lieing, iam writing fiction with my mouth |
So is Homer's paramedic job permanant or what?
Dr. Marvin Monroe coming back. (The psychologist) Marge: Dr. Marvin Monroe! I havent' seen you in YEARS! Monroe: I've been very sick. *cut to Mr. Skinner and his mom* rotfl |
Did they get new writers, or bring back old writers? This season is turnign out way better than the past few years.
|
wish they had used the car salesman career as one of their main stories instead of one of the ones leading up to the main one. Guess they can always revisit it down the road.
|
Yet another excellent episode. Especially liked the peek inside Lisa's brain.

OK. I missed the first 5 minutes so I was a little lost.

didn't care for it.
|
right hes supposto be dead, but its a cartoon, it dosnt have to make sence

D'oh! I thought it would be a repeat cuz of the Globes show on NBC.

Woohoo! Gary Numan makes the Simpsons.
"Here in my car, I am hosing off blood, Some of it's mine, But mostly it's not, Here's Marge" |
This was a strange episode for me. It was quite forgetable, but I kept laughing and laughing. This has been a very good season.
"Remember what I always say Marge, publish or perish." |

the best part of the show was when the clown flew away and Homer got up and danced around.
The part in Lisa's brain was funny as well. |
I thought it started off weak but picked up at the end.
Dr. Marvin Monroe and Lisa's brain were all good. |
I had this weird "voice over" happening during the episode. A voice would come in and start describing whats happening on screen. It was strange, as I haven't seen anybody on any board mention it. This was on the HD channel of Fox. The regular channel didn't have this.
Can anybody help me out? |
Descriptive video service. Some DVDs have this, like the Terminator 2 that came out a few years ago. Not sure how HDTV works, but if it's like regular TV, the DVS is usually broadcast on the SAP.
|
was your TV on the SAP channel, boogieman03?
|

It was all in English. For a while there, I thought it was part of the episode.
I don't think the tv was on SAP. I didn't change anything. It was ok afterwars for Bernie Mac. |
SAP doesn't mean dubbed in Spanish. It's Second Audio Program. Lots of times used for Spanish, but it's also used for the descriptive video thing I was talking about.
One of the TV stations in my home town, Dallas, uses it to broadcast the weather channel. (I think WFAA-TV, ch. 8, for you Dallasites) |

Originally posted by BlackCapTen Decent episode. Was the look inside Lisa's brain a "Herman's Head" reference? I can't remember the show much but I know each character controlled a part of the brain.
