This episode was really... blah. The opening was great with the rogue's gallery but everything was so terribly predictable. I for one am only watching because of the great John Glover and to a (slightly) lesser extent Michael Rosenbaum. Tom Welling is beginning to annoy me but I suspect it's only because of how poorly he's written. I'm sorry but little of what Clark does in this show makes me think one day he'll be a great reporter. He's only gotten lucky so far flying by the seat of his pants. Lana.... The only thing that helps me sleep at night is the hope that Lex will kill her in the series finale and thus spark his feud with Clark. Yes, I know this probably wont happen but it's still a good dream. Chloe has just been totally ruined. Too bad because she was once a good character. And Pete isn't even allowed to develop into an actual character. He's the most obvious example I've ever seen of a token black guy. I think the only reason they have him know Clark's secret is because they couldn't figure out what else to do with him.
I for one want Pete to actually be in the show, Chloe to be better developed, more Jor-El and Lana to be demoted to Pete's lowly position.

Pete fans should check out the latest issue of the Smallville comic book.
He shows us the mack daddy playa he truly is by setting up two dates in a row. He has Clark use his powers to help him get some booty.
It was pretty funny and the most we'll see Pete in anything titled "Smallville" this year..

While I'm glad they got rid of some loose ends (it seems like there's plenty more bad guys that know Clark's secret) I hope this is something they keep doing. I mean how many episodes more will Lex take to figure things out again only to lose his memory?
