101 Biggest Celebrity OOPS! on E!
Here's one more.
#102...E! getting unknown and unfunny comics and B/C list actors to comment on A-List Boo boos.
This show could've been great without all the silly one liners and bad impersonations. Having those stupid "commentaries" was incredibly annoying and it really took away from the show.

I agree. "I love the 80's" series did it right, but this E! series just doesn't work. But I don't think they were B/C list actors, maybe C/D. I didn't see too much of the show, but I don't recall even a B level actor.
Perhaps it's the talent, perhaps it's the editing. One thing "80's" did right was get a ton of different people and only take the good stuff. Some people (like Sparks) had a lot of good stuff so they appeared often, others didn't have much to say so you only saw them once or twice during the entire series. I'm sure they had a ton of stuff left on the editing room floor (enough to coble together a second series in fact).
With Oops! it seems they just got a few people and used whatever they had to say, regardless of how funny it was. Its pretty obvious this was a cheap series. A few interviews, a voice over guy, and some editing of stock footage and you have few hours of programing...actually that describes a lot of E! shows.

The voice over guy is extremely irritating...I had to change the channel bc I just could not take his grating and horrendous voice and stupid comments...and the comics were absolutely terrible. And it's on all the time! E very rarely does any actual "entertainment" reporting these days. All they do is play the same stupid crap over and over. Remmber when they had that movie preview show ? They'd show full-length movie trailers, it was awesome...that was a great tidbit on TV.

Where was OJ? I didn't see Pee Wee Herman either, although he may have been included in the "celebrity arrests" that took up a single spot on the countdown.
I don't see how Paris Hilton's sex tapes could be considered an oops. I had never heard of her until that happened. Those tapes are probably helping her "career" more than hurting it.

Pee Wee was bunched together with celebrity arrests/bad mug shots.
I agree on The Hilton tapes.....

Although I do agree with #2. (I think it was 2)
David Caruso jumping ship on NYPD: Blue to become a movie star. Ever see 'Kiss of Death' or 'jade?' Star power written all over it.
