Free PPV on Comcast On Demand?

Just got my new Comcast digital cable box set up today for a 2 month free trial with HBO. While browsing the new On Demand features (video on demand), I noticed that none of the PPV movies are charging any fee. Is this correct or has anyone else experienced this?

By the way, I'm in the Pittsburgh market.

There are different levels of On Demand. Most is free. The ones that charge a fee (like the movies) will state up front what the cost is and ask you if you want to continue.

Otherwise whatever is free says something like $0.00.

I just found it odd that brand new films like T3, Legally Blonde 2, Wrong Turn, etc. are showing up as $0.00.

I just checked the PPV selections on my Comcast digital box and the only thing I could find for free was "T3 Extra" and "Legally Blonde 2 Extra" which are 20-minute making of featurettes. The actual features you still have to pay for. Maybe it's different in your area, but that's how it is up here in Massachusetts.

here,

movies (not on cable movies, ie, hbo, starz, etc) cost money, duh, but so do any bonus material. if you get info on them it will say they cost 0.00 but when you try to watch them it says it is part of a package deal.

Apparently, Comcast was running free PPV on Wednesdays as a way to demo On Demand. Not sure if the deal is still in effect.

When I got my cable way back I had free all-you-can-eat content for a few weeks IIRC.
