This show is really starting to grow on me despite the predictability of it all. Last night's was my favorite one to date.

I thought the forensics computer program was pretty funny - in 1 minute they basically did what it takes the CSIs 45 minutes to do on CSI.

I liked it too.

I think the fact that it was already someone she knew and didn't have to try and get involved in that person's life and then explain how she knows they're going to die helped.

decent show...it was obvious from the beginning who the "killer" was. They still need to change the dialogue whenever tru goes up and talks to people she doesn't know. It's just bad writing...so is this show set to finish the season? have the #'s gotten any better?

I remember reading a thread where das was trying to explain to someone how to watch MANY, MANY hours of television. He brought up how to "categorize" shows and said there are some shows he doesn't have to sit in front of the TV and watch [or something like that...correct me if i'm wrong das].

Anyhow, this is one of those shows for me. I find myself doing a variety of other things during this hour [which surprises my girlfriend since I usually need absolute peace and quiet and give most shows we watch my undivided attention.]

All I know is, as much as I love Eliza Dushku, if this show lasts longer on FOX than Firefly did there is no justice in the world.

That being said, I think this was the best episode I've seen yet. I almost didn't roll my eyes or groan out of disgust because bad plot and/or writting the entire time.

I believe FOX already gave it a full season order, despite the terrible ratings.

Even though this show is so horrible, I, for some unkown reason, feel I need to watch it out of loyalty for my love of BtVS. Eliza's ok as Tru, but that might just be my hormones talking. The best characters so far are Tru's boss and Tru's brother.

Each episode is too predictable, and every week is set up exactly the same way. They gotta mix it up a bit. Change the sequence.

i think her boss is a terrible character. And her brother is annoying. Her boss is a pathetic dude, and yet i feel no reason to feel sorry for the guy. And the way he acted when he made it sound like her powers were his responsibility too...cheesy. Her brother's character is decent but like i said, annoying. Oh well, istill watch...

I thought her intimate personal involvement in this case (i.e., there's a corpse in my bed...) made this episode rather different. I also like how the awareness of the fact of what she does among her friends and loved ones is evolving.

I love Davis and his little fit of pique over not being invited to the party.

I also loved the Pez dispenser bit. Tru: (ruefully) "Oh...he means well..."
