what happened? i missed it.

They went after an arms dealer and were going to use him to catch terrorists who wanted to buy hand-held missles to shoot down planes in the US. They caught the guy and were all set until a senator (who was told of the operation and to keep it quiet) went public with the guy's arrest to further her causes. Now that the public knows about the arms dealer's arrest, he is useless to catch other terrorists.

Thanx for the recap! She really pissed me off and if I was the Colonel I would have given her a not so veiled threat about her safety.

So I guess you could say that it was a very good episode that got to me emotionally.
