Remember how there was a rumor that the kid who played Paul Pfeiffer on "The Wonder Years" was Marilyn Manson? Years ago, my brother and I were telling people that the kid on SW was Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins.

Good times.

You've got it all wrong. It was the kid on Mr. Belveder that was supposed to be Marilyn Manson. Get it right

Small wonder was so obnoxious! The acting was horible and the budget was sub-porn. IT WAS SHOT ON VIDEO FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! And they shot on some of the cheapest, most flimsy sets.

And the kid who played the young son was the most obnoxious child actor of all time.

Small wonder, man that's an old show. I remember watching it when I was little, I thought it was pretty funny. Not something I'd buy though.

I heard both rumors.
I didn't know there was speculation that the kid on Mr. Belvedere was Marilyn Manson until I saw I Love the 80's Strikes Back

Charles in Charge had the worse premise ever. How did it last so long?

I think THE MUNSTERS TODAY was worse than any of these.

There were some really bottom of the barrel syndicated shows in the late 80s.

I remember one of the people I went to college with telling me she went to high school with Vicki the Robot. I will never forget that show for that reason

He was?????

Excuse me while I check the imdb...

Small Wonder is not listed in his filmography (not even guest appearances).

I always thought on Small Wonder that it was bizzare how much the father and son looked alike. The mom on that show had a chatch-phrase she used every episode... damn what was it... I also remember the secretary from Ferris Bueler was in the first season or two as Harriet's mom.

In one of the Family Guy commentaries, Seth Green mentions he auditioned for the role of Jamie. The mind reels...

Oh, and WarriorPrincess, I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers Jennifer Slept Here and Double Trouble! I loved those shows.

That is ironic because Jamie from Small Wonder is actually Billy Corgen from Smashing Pumpkins!

I'm trying to envision the sequence of events that led you to bump a thread about Small Wonder over two years after the last post.

When I saw the thread title, I was expecting news about the robot girl posing in Playboy or Maxim or something.
