The adoptive parents put together an "about me" book and basically sell themselves through photos and descriptions. The biological mother or parents decide who to give their child to by looking through these presentations until they feel a bond with someone - for whatever reason. a family friend did this. she picked the parents and she still gets updates yearly on the boy. btw, i loved joey's eyes! rotfl i almost spit out my drink! i liked the episode, and for those who mentioned chandler's disliking the holiday, i think now he has a reason to enjoy it. perhaps, before he had terrible memories from his childhood, now that he's married the holiday's better and replacing bad memories for him??? |
Not that him being married makes it better, but getting their child on Thanksgiving will/would make the difference if it were on long enough to see another Thanksgiving.
