The "Shaggy" padwan's name is Sha'a Gi:

So it appears he was a tribute to the great "Shaggy" from Scooby Doo!

Nice touch that I just noticed in Chapter 11...

When Anakin is closing in on bald chick's ship and targets her, he says "I have you now!"

... just like Vader during the Death Star battle.

Also, in Chapter 19, when Anakin beats Asajji Ventress down with lightsaber, that is like Luke beating Vader down with his lightsaber in Return Of The Jedi. The only difference is Luke didn't go all the way by killing Vader. Anakin went all the way dark side by killing Asajji Ventress.

And they told me I was wrong when I heard that she would survive the cartoon..

though from all acounts, she wont be in Episode III.. which makes me wish they just killed her off in the clone wars instead of having all thise Expanded universe crap.

Come ON! Can you please use spoiler tags? That's twice now. Please don't make me put you on ignore, I usually like reading what you have to say.

I think a better ending to Anakin's fight with her was for the last move, he reaches out and Force chokes her to death. He is going to the Dark Side anyways, might as well get some cool dark action in. Would have been a sweet Vader connection and she would get a nice painful death. Unfortunatly, they didn't do it.

Grr...that's just horribly, horribly stupid. So this the character that Lucas explicity said HAD to be in the cartoon and then to
Spoiler:
not kill her
and then not feature her in the movie is just a little ridiculous. Guess he needed a few more potential characters for RA Salvatore to write about.

Have you not seen the cartoon already? Usually after the show airs, in this case you can download the series, the spoiler ban is normally lifted when it's aired on both coast.

My bad if it's a spoiler, but considering the incident wasn't really discussed on how, when or if she even or didn't. it's a little vuage.

in any case
Spoiler:
The whole leaving her alive for expanded comics crap seems lame. the site even says she later captures and tortures obi.. WTF? just kill her already. if she doesn't die here who the hell kills her off and it makes the impact of anakin killing... not even an issue because he didn't kill her!

I understand that. But of the spoilers you have mentioned, one was a Star Wars: Episode III spoiler, and the other was an Expanded Universe spoiler, neither of which you would know if you only watched the toons. Not a biggie, but please remember that just because it is basic knowledge to you doesn't mean that it is to everyone.

If you don't have Quicktime Pro (with the save feature), you can right-click the links and select Save Target As... which will save them to your hard-drive.

Then burn them to your DVD-R or CD-R. That's what I'm gonna do if I can get all of them. ~37 MB x 20 = 740 MB Too much for one CD-R, but half that is 370 MB.

Tried that and it does not work if you re running windows. Quicktime uses .mov as their film file and windows does not recognize it.
They need to be converted to .avi

Easy directions and very easy to use is the RAD Video Tools jough recommended.

I think Mike was talking about just copying the .mov files to a CD, rather than converting the video files to the VCD format so that you could play the eps on your DVD player and big-screen TV.

Yeah, I just meant saving them to your computer. I didn't even think about converting them to another format. Can you convert .mov files to VCD? Oh wait, that's the .avi format, isn't it? Tells ya that I've never done a VCD before, doesn't it?

Sure, with TMPGEnc and the proper .mov add on. Check DVDRhelp for instructions.
