How you handling the logjam of shows Wednesdays at 9 pm?

Damn you FOX for moving The O.C. to Wednesday night. Once again, damn you CBS for moving your best comedy, King of Queens, to that timeslot as well.

I have a 4-way conflict btwn:
The O.C.
West Wing
The Bachelor
King of Queens

I will be recording West Wing and The Bachelor on my 2 Replays. That means I have to watch The O.C., gasp, live. I guess I'll have to catch The King of Queens when the other shows have reruns in mid-season or summer.

How you handling this logjam of shows?

Wednesdays just stink from 2000 to 2300 on just about every channel. I have to record Enterprise, while watching ED, and then record Angel, while Watching West Wing. And to end the night on a high note I watch Karen Sisco while recording Law and Order.

The funniest thing is that on Thursdays there is only two (2) hours on one (1) channel I watch.

My jam is at 8pm. Smallville & Enterprise. I usually record Enterprise to watch later and watch Smallville live.

Wow, that was a positive contribution.

Lets see either you are a teenage girl or boy, because if you were out of high school or your first year of college you might be able to grasp what is presented in The West Wing.

LOL! I have a hard time finding anything to watch on Wed night!! Usually use that night to catch up on whatever TiVo's recorded earlier in the week.

Out of your list, KOQ is the only one I even have an interest in. I haven't gotten in to any of the other shows.

I watch Smallville at 7pm ct and King of Queens at 8pm.

The best line ever from KOQ -

"Let's get something straight, I haven't beating the crap out of a 4 year old since I was 8!!"

I bailed on the West Wing before last season.

I agree. I tried to vote with nothing checked, but it wouldn't let me.

I am an Angel fan, but I'm late to the game and still catching up on DVD. So I don't watch new episodes. And it's been many years since I've been a teenaged boy. I'm sure I'm quite capable of understanding The West Wing, but it's a show I couldn't fit into my schedule when it first aired and I don't like jumping into the middle of things. It's not as if I need even more shows to watch every week.

Wednesdays were already chock-full of shows I watch - why did FOX have to drag The O.C. into the mix. At 8 I watch Smallville, at 9 I watch The Bachelor, and at 10:30 I watch MTV's Fraternity Life. Now with The O.C. in there too I guess I will just record the Bachelor and watch the latter live. Not too big of a deal, but of course I have to find time to throw some homework in there too

Okay looks like I have to defend my earlier statement.

Maybe the school reference was a smidge out of line, but come on when some just blurts out that anyone one show is the only thing worth watch and does not defend their opinion is bit much.

Hell, I record Angel and watch West Wing. Both serve their purpose, but Im not going to say flat out "this show is the only one worth watching." That statement is crapping on anyone that has a differing opinion.

I'm dumping The O.C. Screw 'em. They're late to the party on this Wednesday night thing. I guess I could watch all 6 -- and who am I kidding, I'll end up doing that -- but at this moment, screw 'em.

8pm: Record Ed on the HTPC (HD), Record Enterprise on the PVR
9pm: Record Jake 2.0 on the PVR
10pm: Record Karen Sisco on the HTPC (HD)
11pm: Record the west coast feed of Smallville (Dish superstation pkg) that I missed at 8 on the PVR
12am: Record the west coast feed of Angel (Dish superstation pkg) that I missed at 9 on the PVR

Woo, 6 hours of TV to record on Wednesdays. Thursday is pretty bad too.

Easy, watch West Wing in HD and Tivo King of Queens. 8:00 is the problem for me. Wife likes Ed, which conflicts with 70's Show and My Wife and Kids. Haven't watched MW&K all season though, so I just took it out of the SP list.

Wednesday is my worst night too:

Smallville
That 70s Show
The O.C.
West Wing
The Bachelor
Law & Order
South Park
Fraternity Life

6 1/2 hours and that doesn't include missing King of Queens and Enterprise (I record the encore Saturday night showing, although I can't for the life of me understand why I keep watching).

Another season where nothing happens on Monday, and not much more happens on Thursday, but Tuesday and Wednesday must be packed with 10+ hours of stuff to watch.
