The Practice 10/26/03

Alan (James Spader) is single-handedly saving this show in terms of watchability. Gotta love the foreplay between Tara and Alan, like a game of "chicken", but where the benefits of "blinking first" has little downside.

Stephen and Jimmy's case is less interesting, but somewhat compelling.

Jamie is slowly becoming the Kim (from 24) on this show.

Agree on both points.

The closing scene with Alan and Tara was great. So was his showdown with the judge.

I'd have to agree on all points too. Spader's signed for the FULL season, right..?

I was channel flipping last night but I think it was on this episode -- was the woman wanting a refund - who didn't want the cash and wanted to go to court - based on the stupid amusement park "lack of amusement" lawsuit or did I just miss something?

Dear Mr. Spader,

Thank you for saving The Practice and for generally being one of the best new additions to the entire television season.

Your Loyal Servant,
das

How is it that they dumped half the cast, then went out and signed a bunch of guest stars?
