Not that it matters at this point, but had I seen this post in time, B5 would have been going to sudden death with Buffy. Sorry everyone. Well, not everyone, just 49% of you I guess. Don't I feel like a horses a$$.

Maybe this was covered in one of the other threads - I haven't really even noticed these tournaments until just the other day. But why is 24 even in this poll? Its not Sci Fi and its not really "Cult TV" as its a fairly mainstream and popular show thats still airing. It gets votes because people like it, but it doesn't really belong in this contest.

Check this thread. You'll see everything under the sun being nominated, even though they weren't Sci-Fi or cult.

Well, hell, in Survivor, the voted out castaways had a chance to return, do the same with B5 and the losing Trek!

I propose that we have all the people who voted for Buffy sign affadavits that they've actually watched both shows . . . /jk

I love both Buffy and B5, but I do wonder if at least one person voted who hasn't seen B5 (since Buffy is on tv all the time and B5 you kind of have to look for.) Maybe we could tie this up in the courts for a while so that voting on dvdtalk could be just like voting in real life.
