MTV Room Raiders

Anybody watch this show? It's pretty awesome.

The premise is that a stranger goes into the bedrooms of 3 other strangers of the opposite sex and goes through their bedrooms. The 3 people are pulled from their house with no time to clean up their rooms or anything. The person actually goes through other parts of the house (usually the kitchen to see what's in the fridge), but spends the majority of the time in the bedroom. All the pictures are pulled so that the stranger doesn't know what any of the other 3 people look like.

The person looks through all of their stuff (underwear drawers, trash, etc.) and even uses a blacklight to see if there are any stains on the bed. While the person goes through all the rooms, the 3 people are watching him/her together on camera. It's funny to see their reactions.

Then, the 3 people together go through the other person's bedroom.

Based upon what he/she sees in the bedrooms (and other parts of the house and its surroundings), the stranger will then choose one of the three people to go on a date with. They don't show the date, though.

Sounds interesting enough, would be better if they showed how the date went.

They should not let the picker see the girls before he chooses. It would be funny to see a guy pick a girl who wears a D-size bra only to find out that she is a cow.

My Mother's neighborhood friend's daughter will be on this show, she had her room raided about a month ago. They pulled up with the van and took her away kidnapping style.

My 4 year old daughter who was sleeping over my mother's house that night saw the whole thing and got scared. The producer of the show came over to my daughter and explained that it was a TV show and that it was make believe.

Not sure when it will air but look for a tall blonde cheerleader. I was told they filmed her during her cheerleading practice/event at her high school in Staten Island, NY.

For some reason, I think they make the guy select the girl first (he probably has to tell the producer or whoever who he's going to pick) and then he has to tell them to their face. You know, kinda like The Bachelor where the people on the show know who the bachelor is going to pick before he actually says the names.

It might help if we knew her name. How many tall, blonde cheerleaders can there be?

Well, I like the show.

I also like watching Sorority Life and Fraternity Life (in addition to Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, of course). Made and True Life are pretty good shows as well. I hate to admit it, but Camp Jim looks pretty interesting too, might have to check that one out.

You want music? Turn on the radio.

I know MTV barely shows music vids anymore, but I can't help that I like a lot of the shows on MTV.

MTV is no longer a dedicated MUSIC TELEVISION CHANNEL and it hasn't been for along time.

You're beating a dead horse. People have been asking this question for at least 15 years, probably from the days of Remote Control, etc.

I didn't remember her name but I just spoke to my Mom. Her name is Christina.

Unfortunately, my cable system doesn't carry MTV2
Even VH1 has gone away from Video Hits.
