eh
not that great
but they didn't turn into primal lifeforms, the species they turned into was smart enough to create that virus
the name change doesn't really matter
but that theme needs to either go back to the original or they need to call Goldsmith, preferably Goldsmith

Folks, I’m halfway thru this crap, and the best thing is the Nextel commercials.
I have a question: are there any viruses that aren’t mutagenic?
Maybe Battlefield Earth is still on? It would be an improvement in the acting, if that's what you call it.

Aw, Picard kept the flute. *tear* Oh wait ...
What a waste of an episode just to get to that resolution. Even the special effects for the city sucked. As much as I love mocking this show with all of you, I'm not sure if I can take much more of this.

Well, this was certainly a lame episode...although for some reason Scott Bakula in all that makeup and stringy hair reminded me of Jeff Daniels!
I think the preview for next week's show proves this series has hit rock bottom....oooooh, let's lure 'em in with sex!

Just when things started looking up ever so slightly, we fall back into boring crap territory again.
Is it just me or do B&B have a much different idea of an "arc"? To them, an arc means Trip still visits T'Pol for message therapy and Archer finds a planet from last weeks stolen data. Other than that, not much else is being set up here.
Poor Daniel Dae Kim. He's a guest star and didn't even have a line. I'm sure he's happy his career has brought him to this: pointless Trek MACO.

ok....so let's list exactly what this series needs to become good:
1. more decontamination scenes. with, t'pol of course.
2. staying with the story arc. whatever that arc may be.
3. less re-used stories from previous star treks.
4. another facial expression from the captain besides this one:
5. more porthos. since he's the best actor on the series.
6. more decontamination scenes.
7. would it hurt archer to bang an alien every now and again? i mean...it's his right. he's the captain!
8. some slightly more interesting characters. oh...that's right. trip has an accent. thaaat's interesting. doesn't make him sound like an idiot at all. nope.
9. more good catch phrases. like....'dammit jim, i'm a doctor. not a .....' and 'beam me up scotty!' or...even 'make it so' for cryin' out loud. pick one...just one at least.
10. see #6.
11. (this one goes to 11) get rid of b&b.
cranky.

Wow. From what I'm reading, I feel lucky not to have seen this episode.
As of now I've officially completely given up on Star Trek™ Enterprise. I guess I get to watch Ed from now on.

You be one lucky dude, Bando.
This experience was almost as painful as my attempt to watch Queer Eye.

Oh my god that was the longest 60 minutes of my life! I held out such hope after last week's episode and they return with this crap. Not only are they just rehasing TNG storylines, but they're rehashing bad TNG storylines! Burton should have run away from this script in a hurry.

Was this really a season opener? I'm so sad and disappointed that the only thing still going for the show is T'Pol's skin tight uniforms with the promise of more flesh each week as the ratings plummet. Alien sex slave. That's reaching. Even UPN won't let these ratings slide. Let's just hope Spike network decides to gamble on additional seasons. Let's ignore the plot rehashing for the moment and focus on the delivery. Whatever happened to the premise that this wasn't going to be the "nice Federation" starship of the previous series? Here's a few random thoughts:
