Who has watched this during the last two weeks. That bear sceen is so funny. Every day they so it, and i bust up laughing. And today stat boy was dressed up in a bear outfit, with bandages all around. So did that bear really die. I just hope they keep on showing ithe bear, because it is so funny.

They've said repeatedly that the action saved the bear's life. This is funny, though, and is one of countless reasons that this is one of the most entertaining shows on television.

It would be nice if ESPN didnt pre-empt the show every week to air 80 year old golfers stumbling around the fairway. Or at least put them on ESPN2 like they used to.

The bear is freaking hilarious! Thye've said the bear is fine and hanging out back in the wild somewhere. Stat Boy saying he was hyped up on vicadin had me

Somewhere someone has put the bear clip online; I've so got to find it. Maybe that will help me get my ATH and PTI fix while they're pre-empted for golf. Aren't these like the highest rated shows on ESPN? Why would you constantly interrupt them?

Thanks for the bouncing bear link. That just makes my day (especially since PTI isn't on for the rest of the week).

Are you asking what PTI is? It's Pardon the Interruption, a show on ESPN.

Actually Max Kellerman on Around the Horn is the annoying one who says at the end of every show "We're on a xx hour break till the next show." Extremely annoying. PTI rules!

Tony said on his radio show they were going to finally let the bear thing go (the morning of the day Stat Boy wore the bear outfit). Tony said he just thought it was hilarious and made him laugh every time he saw it. I certainly did. My girlfriend even got caught up in seeing what they'd say about the bear from day-to-day.

I hate when PTI is not on. They ought to air it at another time if golf or some other dopey pre-emption is on. I hate missing my PTI. PTI and Sports Reporters makes me a happy guy.

If you use the espn radio feed off the espn website, you can listen to PTI from 7-7:30 nightly. Now admittedly you would miss the bear footage, but it's a start...

really? wow...that's really good...i'll try that. but you're right, the show is just as much about sports as it is kornheiser and wilbon signposting and doing random stuff. the sense of humor is rediculous, and if you were to look at the two, you'd never think they'd be as goofy as they are.

Its been over a month and the finally played the bear scene again. They asked how bad was a bear mascot treated. Then they said he is not as bad as shape as this bear. And they showed the clip again.

Way to funny.

Kornheiser (or is Wilbon the Cubs fan?) is going to wish that bear was the "fan" on tomorrow's show.

I can't believe they brought the bear back again! It's still funny as hell and Wilbon was right, the PETA people are going to be all over them.

Wilbon's the misguided Cubs fan. I can't wait to see his reaction to last night's game.

Question though, I was kinda surprised that neither PTI or ATH talked about Pedro's ridiculously high fines. Did MLB hit reporters with a gag order or something?
