The top spot has to go to, indesputibley....
1. Bugs Bunny , the character is an icon around the world. To this day the classic Warner Bros. cartoons are still groundbreaking and works of comic genius.
2. Mickey Mouse The Mouse is the cornerstone of the Evil Disney Empire.
3. Bart Simpson . He reintroduced animation to prime time when many thought animation was dead in the water.
4. Johnny Quest . He was the forerunner of the action adventure cartoon genre.
5. Fred Flintstone . Sort of the cartoon every "cave" man.
6.Daffy Duck . Vastly underrated Warner Bros. character. Though he was often a second banana, Daffy could hold his own with the best of him.
7.Spider-Man . The Web Head has alot of staying power through the years. He keeps on resurfacing with varying results, but in more recent years his adventures have been excellent.
8.Rick Hunter/Hikaru Ichigu Rick Hunter and Robotech helped introduce a generation to Japanese anime at a time when nobody even realised what it was. When those fans found out what they were watching was really called "Macross", his original incarnation of Hikaru kept fans coming back for more.
9. Kyle, Stan, Kenny and Cartman from South Park. Like the Beatles, you can't replace any one character and expect the series to be the same. That's why Kenny is back. South Park showed us how funny flaming gas could be.
10. Homer Simpson . MMMMMMM Donuts!!
11. Beavis and Butthead
12. Fritz the Cat Nobody has mentioned him yet.
13. Popeye
14. Ren and Stimpy
15. Underdog
16. Rocky and Bullwinkle
I better stop there I could go on all day.
