im a big beavis and butthead fan and i saw on ebay these PAL vhs tapes that you cant buy in america. i was wondering if they work on american vcrs.

no, your vcr is NTSC (well i guess your TV is too). PAL won't work unless you get special equipment

Or have them converted. I've seen places in the Chicago suburbs here that cater to immigrants that offer the service.
