I missed the first half, but thoroughly enjoyed the second half. Loves it when Busey dressed up in women's clothes to better "understand a woman's perspective."

If anyone felt sorry for Busey, watch the show and all of your fears will be allayed. You can say what you want about Busey, alcoholic, drug addict, nutjob, but all through that show he was in control of the situation. At points you could see the terror in Adam's eyes when he realized that he bit off more than he could chew.

I didn't think the show was that funny. Gary Busey showed(to me at least)that when he's playing a psycho onscreen it's not much of a stretch.

After seeing this show, I think the only appropriate response is: WTF!

The Comedy Central website has a running list of "Busey-isms":

"We are given people ingredients from another level."

"Friends are just enemies in reverse."

"Acting is the absence of acting. Believing in the truth of the moment at that time."

"You only get to do things for the first time once."

"I have the ability to look innocently stupid."

"I've thought about things that Kings and Queens cannot spell."

"Fear is the dark room where the devil develops his negatives."

"This show is like a farm birth in outer space."

"Never dip lower than you can dip."

"The difference between success and failure is judgment."

Good stuff. Good stuff, indeed.

Oh, man! These two are gonna replace the lame "motiviational" posters in MY office. Well, except for the "hang in there" kitty.

Interestingly, IMDB's bio. page for Busey has an expanded version of this quote:
"It's good for everyone to understand that they are to love their enemies, simply because your enemies show you things about yourself you need to change. So in actuality enemies are friends in reverse."

This show is right up there with Most Extreme Elimination Challege -- I love them both . . . God help me.

Did SNL do a celebrity dates with Gary Busey earlier this year? It sounds like fiction has become reality.

Actually, it was "Celebrity Who Farted?" on SNL.

Geez, I'm the same way. I'm trying my best to catch up on my DVD watching, but these two are "must see TV" for me all summer long.

They did a Busey "Star Dates" parody, too. Both were welcome, dead-on impersonations of the man.

I've got this one on Tivo just to see how crazy he'd be. The first two episodes have been pretty funny. You never know what Busey is going to do and that makes it watchable.

Seeing this show has inspired me to create my own show, "I'm With Danol."

It should be...interesting .

I just saw this weeks show. When he started chasing him with the branch that was on fire I was dying.

The stuff that Busey says is so off the wall it's hilarious.

I've been watching this show - it's hilarious. I don't think he's as crazy as he's letting on. He's a comedy goldmine though.

Another good episode; though I, too, wonder how much of it is Busey going "over the top" for the camera.

The guy at that electronics store sure thought he was psycho.

Busy is either demonstrating his great acting skills, or absolutely destroying his career... because if he's this nuts, I don't see anyone wanting to hire him.

It's definitely better than Anna Nicole, which is everyone's favourite comparison.

Anna Nicole is a gold-digging airhead.

Busy is a fairly intelligent psychopath.

What was that quote from the fear episode? Something like "Death is the meal served on the unconscience menu."

I loved that line.
