Not really sure that Monty Burns or the Coyote really are trying to take over the world, so I excluded them.
Admittedly, Mr. Burns did try to block out the Sun, but that was more a capitalistic attempt at market-dominance -- and in these economic laissez faire times, I don't think we should be too critical.
