ABC's thought process in regards to Karen Sisco:

"Hey, that is a nice show...to poop on!!!"

the practice is wierd.

I never used to watch it, but ever since James Spader joined the cast I can't change the channel after alias. That guy is an evil genius. I bet he has a volcano lair somewhere.

I hate ABC.

They cancelled Thieves, Miracles, and Karen Sisco without even letting them finish filming the 13 episodes they had ordered. They just looked at low ratings and cancelled without trying a new timeslot or anything. A network with lower ratings overall should have lower standards as to what ratings are low enough for a show to be cancelled.

Also, I wish all networks would allow all 6 or 13 episodes of their new shows air before deciding to cancel or not.

That's what bugs me, too - they didn't even try putting it in a different time slot before they said "no thanks" and kicked them out of the door.

I'm so sick of the networks doing this. Just say it's not coming back and let it end there. The standard "to return later in the year" crap never pans out.
