Unscrewed with Martin Sargent

Anyone (das) seen this yet? I am watching it for the first time tonight and they just had the porn tip of the day.

I Tivoed the first three and skimmed through. I doubt I'll be watching it again for a while. The sidekick HAS to go, and Martin needs to calm down.

That Raelian leader was rather amusing, but his fashion sense must have evaporated along with his grasp on reality.

Yeah, I don't think I can take 30 minutes of Martin. Plus, it is on opposite the daily show and a seinfeld rerun.

I caught the first two and think they're trying too hard.

I'll stick with The Daily Show.

Yeah, that's kind of what I meant by saying that Martin needs to calm down. I suppose most shows/hosts start out this way, which is why I'll check back in a while and see how they refine it. I'm not sure what the point of his sidekick is, but she has a voice like nails on a blackboard and has no sense of witty banter. I'm guessing somebody's girlfriend.

The other thing that bothered me is that they are trying to drop in too many "dirty words" and references, just to be "edgy". OK, we get it, you're not total geeks, let's move on.

I can't stand MS on TSS so I probably won't waste any time on this.

I haven't seen it but does it have anything to do with Tech?? Most of MS's crap doesn't.

i find this show painful to watch, just like his "celebrity" interviews when he was on the Screen Savers. no clue why they gave this guy his own show.

since i can't watch more than a minute of this show without changing the channel, does it actually have anything to do with tech / computers at all besides him talkin about goofy websites?

I'm right there with the people who don't like Martin Sargent. For awhile, I didn't mind him, but I bored of him quickly.
