"Why not let the citizens of South Park own South Park?"
"Yeah, we can put our money together and buy it."
"How much do we owe?"
"$300,000"
(stunned silence)
"uh, nevermind."
funny

This was the last episode for a while? Yikes, terrible way to finish. Not funny at all. I smiled twice. First with the laughter, "HA ha ha ha, HA ha ha ha.", and then with Stan's father, "Son, there's only a 98% chance I'll live." Other than that, bleah.
OH! Wait a second! I get it now! The WHITE man stole the RED man's land! That's the joke! They switched it around on us! It was so subtle I almost missed it.
Honk!

I agree. My jaw dropped when they used SARS in this episode and then the rubbing of the Chinese people against the rugs. Great stuff though.

On that, I have to disagree.
If they were never funny, it would be stupid; but since they so frequently present brilliant social satire, it makes me chuckle that they recognize it when they've put together a silly episode. I laugh at it much the same way I laugh at "You Like-a the Juice, ah? Juice is good, ah?"das
