Care to share where you heard that?

Well, I asked this a few weeks ago:
I guess I finally got my answer to that question.
I was just screaming at the screen the whole time there. I knew the blood thing wouldn't work... Jasmine already shares Connor's AND Cordy's blood. Why would Cordy's blood fix Connor if Connor's own blood wouldn't?

Somebody please help...and what was the preview for next week, 'cause I missed that, too. Thanks.

Spoiler:
I think you hit the nail on the head: Connor just put his fist through her. Really crappy special effects by the way: if you freeze frame it and go step by step, you can tell the point where they just used a Jasmine mock-up head and exploded it. The background even disappeared.
I believe the reason it was so easy for Connor to kill Jasmine is because Connor was her "parent." The gang focused on the fact that Cordelia could probably kill Jasmine; in my mind, if Cordelia could do it, then so could Connor, for the same reason. It's just that nobody expected Connor (Mr. She's-So-Lovely-With-Her-Maggots) to do it.

Woohoo, Lilah's back in some form
As far as what you need to know about her, she died a few weeks ago. She was a "lawyer "at Wolfram&Hart, the firm that's Angel's nemesis on the show. Her realtionship to angel and company is they don't like each other, but do cooperate with each other out sometimes, usually because they're one side is threatening the other . She was also involved with Wes before she died.
Great epsode. I'm glad Conner did something good. Can't wait for the finale.

I'm guessing that Connor is going to have to kill himself to truly end Jasmine's life in this world. I believe she will come back next week. I don't think I need to spoiler tag that because I'm guessing without even having watched next week's teaser so I could be completely off base.

Bottom line is that it would not be a bad thing
if Connor died. Like in never to return. Ever.
As for the Jasmine thingy. Better if it never happened.
Totally disappointed here. Like in let down big time.
This show really does need a change. I really felt
like I was ripped off by this episode for some reason.

I loved Lorne's reference about everything being "Night of the Comet weird."
I have been trying to find that movie showing for over a year now. Everybody always says how great of a B-Movie it is in all the DVD Talk threads, yet I can never seem to find it playing.
Oh, well. Maybe someday.
I thought this episode was great. Can't wait till next week.
I was so sure that was a stake I saw sticking out of Lila's neck a few weeks ago.

I wonder if they're really going to turn Angel human. Between the line that he says he's working on it and
it sure looks like a possability.
Did anyone who watched Miracles catch the sign outside of the church? It read God Is Nowhere, I thought that was cool.

Loved the episode. The attention to in-episode continuity made me happy (see: Jasmine expositioning that she was going to be out of mental contact with her followers while eating. Nicely explained why Connor was able to beat the crap out of her guards without drawing attention.), and this season really has moved along well. There've been numerous small arcs, three main villains, and quite a bit of character development.
I liked that Jasmine wasn't really evil. She's technically a superior being, so it's not much of a surprise that she'd consider mankind in desperate need of her guidance and assistance. It's also an added level of angst for Angel--He's sure he was doing the right thing now, but when things are bad in the future, he'll always have the nagging memory of what he helped take from the world.
I actually kind of felt for Connor in this episode. How messed up was his childhood, that Jasmine's true face didn't phase him in the slightest? Of course, his life now sucks more than ever. Luckily, the season is almost over, and he can do most of his self-pitying brooding off camera.
The next episode should be interesting, but I really hope that Lilah's not The First. Compared to Jasmine, The First really doesn't seem like much of a threat (It's incorporeal, for Pete's sake, and doesn't have any nifty powers at all.)

I'm guessing that Lilah is just like her former boss was, insofar that the contract with W&H is "forever", which, for her former boss (whose name I just cannot remember), also extended past death (I don't remember the episode name, but he appeared again when he took Angel on the elevator to the "bottom floor", which really just took him straight back to earth.). Dangit, what was his name?! Anyway, it's my guess that this Lilah isn't "alive" Lilah, but "after death" Lilah.

Great episode tonight.
But, thought it was far too easy for Connor to kill Jasmine. I think they needed to show Connor having some "fatherly" power over Jasmine before he just punched her brains out.

This annoyed me too. I can easily write off the ease with which he killed her as the implied power he had over her, but I still would have liked to see some visual evidence of it. I also couldn't help but laugh at the poor kid's craptacular acting in the soliloquy he delivered over Cordy's body at the church.
Overall, very good stuff though.

Well, it was the first week I actually kinda liked Conner, but I don't expect it to last. I still think this season has been phenomenal. I have too many questions to even consider where this is going to end up. There were some great moments. I loved Gunn's tenacity on that cage. He has this knack of subtly showing what a bad ass he is. on and on and on... BIG this week. I'm still firmly in the palm of their hands. I just hope they make the crossover to Buffy believable, because right now I can't see where they will pull the motivation from. I love the Angel/Buffy relationship as much as anyone, but there is so much water under the bridge now that they might almost be strangers to each other... but maybe that will be the whole point.
