JAG 04-29-03 NCIS spin-off Part 2

Episode: "Meltdown"

Spoiler:
After a JAG officer is found murdered, Harm is arrested for the crime and is put on trial. The case against Harm appears to be very strong, but Agent Gibbs (guest star Mark Harmon) begins to have doubts about his guilt despite the incriminating evidence. As Gibbs leaves for the Middle East to question a senior Arab terrorist about an impending attack against a Navy ship, he asks his team to dig deeper into Harm’s case in the hopes that they will find new evidence that points to another killer before the verdict is read.

Sounds like they're going with another NCIS episode guest-starring the folks from JAG.

Who killed Singer?

Can someone please tell me who killed Singer? I fell asleep and missed the last 30 minutes. Thanks!

It'll be good to have JAG back next week.

The last 5 or so minutes of this episode had nothing to do with JAG at all. What was the point of the terrorist sub-plot, other than to give a better clue as to what NCIS does?

And to answer the question of the killer:
Spoiler:
Cmdr Lindsey, the guy that most recently tried to break up JAG with a damaging report to SecNav
. Although he covered it up and framed Harm, it was really more of an accident than outright murder.

Yeah - bring back JAG. I won't be watching the spin-off - was that ending lame or what.

I'm glad somebody agrees with me. IMO: this spin-off two-parter back-fired for CBS. I'm not sure I'm going to watch NCIS either.

Give us a taste of the spin-off instead of completely hijacking the show it's being spun-off from.
