Episode 705: Fat Butt and Pancake Head
One of Cartman's body parts becomes too famous for its own good. The real Jenny From the Block is enraged to learn that a new "Diva" has stolen her record deal and her boyfriend! South Park will never be the same after Jenny & Ben meet the new "Ms. Lopez."

edit: date changed

TheMadMonk 04-15-03 10:48 PM

I think you mean 4/16.

4/15 was the ScuzzleButt rerun.

tha_dvd_man 04-16-03 01:33 AM

You freaked me out. I just spent the last 30 seconds trying to figure out what day this is, what the date is, and if I missed the new episode of South Park this week. Although not as if it would matter....Comedy Central airs reruns of their new episodes like three times an hour.

PixyJunket 04-16-03 08:29 AM

Oops.. my bad.. posted that before bed so it was in a hurry! :D

darkside 04-16-03 09:16 PM

I'm loving this episode. Cartman's hand is about as talented as the real Jennifer Lopez.

I've never wanted to turn off an episode, but I;m really tempted to do so right now.. Worst episode ever so far

Mopower 04-16-03 09:20 PM

I can't believe he gave Ben Afflack a HJ. HA HA HA HA, this is great!

"Taco flavored kisses for Kyle"

wildcatlh 04-16-03 09:23 PM

There haev been a couple of funny moments... but this has been a really disspointing episode so far.

the narrator 04-16-03 10:23 PM

average episode..some really funny parts, but for the most part not that great

Mopower 04-16-03 10:38 PM

I thought it was awsome. Cartman going crazy and developing a split personality. Then the split personality thinks it is Jennifer Lopez? How is that not genius? One of the best episodes this season.

Jericho 04-16-03 10:47 PM

Probably one of my least favorite of recent memory, but a few good laughs. Was there something specific Jennifer Lopez did they want to rip her so bad for, or just because they can?

tanman 04-16-03 11:14 PM

this is definately one of the better episodes. Very funny!

I too cannot believe Cartman gave Ben Affleck HJ.

very funny.

MrX 04-16-03 11:36 PM

I thought it was pretty funny.

I alomost died when he gave Affleck a HJ.

Charlie Goose 04-17-03 12:19 AM

These negative reviews are making me muy triste.

This was the single weirdest episode I've seen, but I laughed many many times, so it worked!

Regarding the finale on the bridge, was that a specific parody of something?

the aftermath 04-17-03 12:28 AM

It was so-so. A bit too gimmicky for my tastes but still a good laugh.

This gets asked about every celeb that the show pokes fun at, and they have stated time and again that it's just random. Except Barbra Streisand...they really hate her.

Chew 04-17-03 06:03 AM

I thought it was pretty hysterical. Plenty of jabs at J Lo and Ben, who deserve it.

I'll agree it was pretty weird, but when isn't South Park?

I know they've stated that before, that they just pick randomly. But this was pretty extreme. An entire episode where they just portray Jennifer Lopez as a crazy egomaniac biatch. That's a lot harsher than most of the celeb jokes. just seems like something might of triggered this one

jkingfish 04-17-03 08:00 AM

I thought it was great. That was one of the harshest celebrity slams of all time. Personally, I'm a big fan of how they insult celebrity. It's never so blatant... well, yes it is, but they do it so cleverly. I mean, it's easy to say J-Lo is a no talent hack with a big ass, but to imply that by representing her as less than a singing hand puppet is fantastic. So, yeah, thumbs up here. Plus, I'm a big fan of the wierder episodes.

Damn, I can't find a picture, but someone else got the Edgar Bergen joke about the hand puppet right?

Morf 04-17-03 08:16 AM

Holy crap, that was funny!

darkside 04-17-03 08:17 AM

Best episode of the season for me. I definitely got the message of this one.

"Jennifer and I were up all night making love."

Red Dog 04-17-03 08:19 AM

This was a fantastic episode - best of the new season BY FAR. I was  pretty much from start to finish. Those taco and burrito songs were great.

Do you mean Senor Wences? Alright? Alright.

Groucho 04-17-03 08:26 AM

Ben Affleck has a pretty good sense of humor, but you got to wonder what he thinks about being shown getting a handjob from an 11-year-old.

PixyJunket 04-17-03 08:27 AM

I thought it was overall pretty funny. I think they could've ended the episode differently. Once Kyle was said that Cartman was just going to laugh at them you knew that's how it was going to end, so when it got to that specific point it wasn't really funny.

Kenny is still wasting space/time. :(
