The Avril Lavigne bit was hilarious, probably the funniest thing on SNL all season. The other season's highlight for me is the Regis & Kelly bits, so I think the show is still at it's best when it is doing parodies. They need to do those more instead some of the lame sketches they do.

There seems to be alot of things ripe for parody that they don't do-- American Idol or Trading Spaces or stuff like that.

Best part of the show for me was Jimmy Fallon beating the hell out of that cardboard box. Don't know why, but that had me rolling.

I liked all the skits with the exception of the Seduction one, which was the one in whcih salma looked the hottest.

It was cool for Ed to show up at the start, and I am sure Jimmy was being careful while smooching as ed would kick his ass

Actually, SNL made fun of Christina via SML a few months ago and yet they have her on as the musical act.

Did anyone else think christina's right boob was gonna pop out during the 1st song i think.
It was when she was wearing like a jacket thing.
I do not think she had a bra on.
I bet when she bent over and the jacket buckled you could see it that is why they zoomed in closer to her
they did not show her waste up.

That's odd. I also thought one of those puppies would pop out of her suit.

I liked how they threw in a Tom Cruise impersonation without actually impersonating Tom Cruise
