What happened to Nina?

She was taken away into custity, she was granted amunity for the murder of Jack Bauer, then she threatened to kill Jack, then a sinper shot her in the arm, they placed her back under arrest, and we haven't seen her since (this happened at around 3:00

hopefully they will show exactly what happens to her, and not just end her part that way

They probably will eventually.
