Not as well as I'd like, but far better than Bush ever did and better than McCain would have. Thanks for asking.

When you look at the tape 4 years ago on how Obama talked about how Bush did things and now Obama is doing the same thing. That's not good and much worse. It shows Obama's character as a phoney.

You're right. Obama is too conservative. Surely the solution for liberals is to vote for the Republican guy.

Maher is about as intellectually honest as that dipshit O'Reily and Obermann... Rachel Meadow has as much intellect as that idiot Hannity.

FOX+MSNBC+CNN+Bill Maher Show=propaganda for the uninformed Americans...

Hitchens hero was Trotsky, I would spit in his face if he was still alive... and he's right about Bush and Maher's audience... (not that I would ever stand up for Bush or most of our so called leaders)

No one with even a nanogram of decency or integrity would ever consider becoming a politician or political pundit.

Right or left, it doesn't matter. Scumbags, all of them.

Re: Real Time with Bill Maher (2012)

And please stop blaming the evil capitalists for all the evils of this country and the rest of the world. US has adopted socialists polices for the past 100 years. Central banking is not freer market capitalism. Just read the communist manifesto and tell me that most of it's tenants have not been put in place here and the rest of the world. If you want to bitch about the state of the world start bitching about the socialists... Bankers are not free market capitalists, they're socialists through and through...

I will agree with you about Bernie it's just that he's an idiot IMO when it comes to how economics actually work. I would love for everyone to have a place to live, have their medical needs taken care of and fed, but it's just not feasible. It's the same BS like in Russia. A few of them might have good intentions but...

"Road to hell is built with good intentions"

I'm sorry but I do think that Obama is evil, same as Bush. Different side of the same coin. I guess I would call myself libertarian-free market anarchist. The reason I have a problem with socialists is that they are actually the ones in power not capitalists. Central banking is a socialist idea so when I hear the left keep screaming about the evil capitalists I get very irritated. The true free market capitalists have not been in power for the last 100 years and yet the left keeps blaming them. Sorry, but if you have a problem with were we are and where we are going maybe you should take a look in the mirror.

But then again what do I know, I'm just an idiot as well...

PS. Bush is not a conservative. To be conservative means that you want to conserve the values this country was founded upon. His daddy as well as Reagan, Nixon, ect. are not conservatives... They might be conservative like, but that's like saying "my wife is just a little bit pregnant".

PS. As a conservative/libertarian/free market capitalist the one president I dislike the least in my lifetime is Jimmy Carter... seriously... I like him even more lately since he's criticizing Obama more and more even though he called those that disagreed with Obama racists a few years back...

I fully support your right to disagree with me, without casting any aspersions on your character or intelligence. That is something that politicians and pundits rarely do.

I live right down the road from Jimmy Carter. I went to school with his daughter Amy and all of Billy's kids. Rosalynn Carter's brother was my high school math teacher. I've met Carter on numerous occasions. Don't like him either. Not as a person or politician. He's about as rotten as they come.

I agree, it's just that I dislike him the least. I feel there is an actual human being in there somewhere as misguided as I feel he is. I like the fact that he stands up for the Palestinians and I admire that he actually walks the talk and helps people with building affordable housing.

I actually believe in voluntary socialism. I have no problems with people trying to help out other human beings as long as it's done voluntarily and not by force of the gun which is what government does. "You're gonna help others whether you like it or not or we're gonna throw you in jail". Obamacare/Romneycare...

PS. I identify more as a Republican than a Democrat because this country is supposed to be a Democratic Republic not a Democracy like Bush and Obama would like to spread through out the world. Democracy is a tyranny of the majority and in my opinion is just as evil as any tyrant... So when Bush says that he wants to bring Democracy to Iraq, etc., he's not actually promoting our American values and therefore in no shape and form could one who actually understands these things would call that man a conservative...

Didn't the left even accuse Bush of being a neocon? Do they even understand what that means? It means that you come from the left just like to bomb other people into oblivion, just like Obama is doing. I hate the hypocrisy of the left as well as the right...

Maher is by no means a perfect analyst and clearly has his bias towards the Left, however I think he's better than a lot of the others just for the fact that he calls it basically how he sees it. He'll give both sides shit if they screw something up which is something that can't be said for a lot of the others (particularly the analysts from the Right/Fox News) who seem to turn a blind eye to anything their party does and will just do or say anything to belittle the other party.
