Ed 2/12

Great episode so far tonight...

"2 million dollars...that's Judd Nelson money!"

"Don't listen to him. He's a painter...painters lie."

I haven't been able to see the show in a couple of weeks, but I would definitely say that will rank as one of my all time favorite episodes of Ed, definitely the best one this year. This show had everyone involved, but not too much Molly, which what made it even better. It could have used more Carol, defintely more Carol, but maybe next time. I still love Julie Bowen and I have the patience to wait for her to gain back her screen time.

Cheswick, welcome to the club, you joined w/ style.

Can see the improvement in Mark, glad to see he is still w/ us.

Sabrina Lloyd is a good addition to the show, too bad it must end.

Excellent episode! Reminds me of the episodes from the first season with all of Ed's crazy stunts to get Carol. Much better than last week!

Big thumbs up for bringing Stella back and it looks like she's sticking around for a while. Ought to be pretty funny when Carol finds out about Warren (there's your solution for more Julie Bowen). It was also a relief that Carol was encouraging Ed to make a move with Frankie. I'm sure she'll probably get jealous at some point, but at least it's looking like they won't have her stewing over it forever and take all the humor out of the show like they did with Ed and Dennis.

Wow, what a chock-full show of guest-stars and recurring characters. I think we got Stella (Carol's wanderlustful sister), her painter boyfriend (Tim Matheson), Mark and Warren (classic Warren moments with him hanging outside Stella's hotel window), Frankie breaking up with Leon, Ed warding of the painter dude at the Goat.

Oh, I forgot to mention Mike's painting! That was probably my favorite moment. I still contend I could paint better than a lot of "abstract artists"

Who would have thought at the beginning of the show that Warren would have slept with a Vescey before Ed.

BTW, Stella is hotter than Carol by a mile

Great episode. That lucky bastard warren.

I thought Mike painting the Ashevic painting or whatever himself was actually pretty sweet.

So only one more episode with Frankie, huh? I like she and Ed together. But I guess you have to make way for Carol again.

The only thing that I could think to make her leave would be if she and Leon got back together and she went to Houston.

I find it hard to believe that anyone making tv shows really listens to the fans too much, but it sure seems like they brought Stella back to "take care of Warren" in part because of how much the audience seemed to like her and how we all thought Warren was insane for having ever said no in the first place.

I hope they are paying attention to the reaction Frankie is getting. I didn't know her (Sabrina Lloyd) well, I don't think she's hotter than Carol/Julie, but she is AMAZING in this show. She and Ed light things up together. Having her practice law with him really adds something to the show and last night was one of the better episodes ever.

They really have a lot to juggle. Mike and Nancy are great, Molly is ok, Shirley is hilarious, Phil could go, Warren NEEDS to stay but it does work having the kids not around for every episode. STILL, Frankie is so perfect for this show. I feel bad about saying it too, 'cause I so wanted Ed and Carol to get together soon. But Frankie/Sabrina is just completely changed my mind and her presence is making the show work right now.

Please keep her and find something interesting to keep Carol busy too, because she isn't in the show enough right now.

Keep Frankie!

what i really enjoyed about the episode was that the chemistry between ed and frankie was perfect and totally realistic. i remember the episode where ed hit himself with a pie (i think that's what it was) and the chemistry there was so ugly, they were trying to force it down our throats, but it looks like the writers got the hang of the character that is frankie and the actress that is sabrina lloyd.

I totally agree. The problem is, they keep trying to play the romance between Ed and Carol, and as a viewer, I like Frankie WAY better than Carol. At this point, Carol could leave the show and I wouldn't care. Ed and Frankie's chemistry is SO much better...and so much more healthy!
