Anyone catch this? It was like Tomb Raider only without Angelina Jolie. IOW - *yawn*. Though it was a nice casting touch to put 'The Mummy' himself in it.

I thought this was a decent show, it would have to take a lot of fixing though to get me to watch it every week.

Looks like they just took the Rambaldi artifacts idea from Alias and decided to make a whole show out of it. Not that the Rambaldi storyline wasn't cool, but I dunno how they can make a whole show out of it. Either you string it along for so long that your viewers lose interest in what the 'ultimate' discovery is, or you have them find it within a season, and then everyone loses interest, as they just repeat the same thing next season with a different artifact.

My goodness, this was hokey. This show has all the makings of a 2am syndicated show like Relic Hunter or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World. I wonder how long before we find out the mom isn't dead. For as cheesy as it was, the leads were pretty strong and there was some good chemistry between the characters. Still, they could put a little time into making it seem remotely difficult to find these artifacts. The number/algorithm thing was exceptionally lame, and with all the sunlight coming into that chamber, you have to wonder why no one ever checked it out before.
I dunno ... I don't see much future for this.
