In no particular order...

First, Rocky and Bullwinkle...
then, X-Men...
Batman rocked the set back in the day...
and Thundercats was the only television show that I cried over, after its cancellation.

Nothing could possible eclipse G.I. Joe. It has a lot to do with me being the perfect age when it was airing. I am sooooo not a morning person but somehow I was able to get up before school and watch G.I. Joe while eating breakfast.

I didn't like the vehicle one either. But I loved it when they had a special episode where both Voltrons teamed up.

When you say "was", I say "Hong Kong Fooey" and "Johnny Quest"

When you say "is", I say "The Adventures of Batman and Robin" (third season of BTAS).

I used to love she-ra and he-man, my little pony (I had a lot of of those ponies), mysterious cities of gold, belle and sebastian, little women (it ran on HBO, I think), and probably a lot of shows that I can't think of right now.

Now I love the simpsons, invader zim, futurama, family guy, the critic (I suppose it's a bit old now), and a bunch of anime.

Exactly! That's why saying that today's cartoon's suck is a crock.
Pretty much everyone is going to like what they watched as a kid. I think in general cartoons recently are better than what I watched as a kid. We didn't have all that cool stuff on Nickelodeon. A few years ago there were a bunch of really good Saturday morning cartoons, which is what is really lacking right now. I used to watch The Tick, Earthworm Jim and Freakazoid when they were on. After those shows went off the air it seems like none of the networks show much if any animation on Saturday morning, it's all on cable.

I'd take Johnny Bravo and Ren and Stimpy over Scooby Doo and Transformers any day.

I think it was Shirt Tales. I liked that show, too.

I also liked the Wuzzles- the one with the critters that were mixes of two different animals.
