Perhaps you should rename this thread:

TV Guide's Top 100 TV Listings

Nah, I don't read it. There's so much fluff and so many inane lists that it's not worth it.

I pretty much read the fall listings online when they come out and then just keep up mentally with when shows are on of if anything has been moved. In the evenings, before 8pm, I run through my TiVo guide to program everything, so if I've forgotten about something (very rare), I'll catch it there.

Grew up readin TV Guide. My parents subscribed and when it arrived, I'd skim through all the listings, reading the synopses of my shows' episodes for that week.

Now, I only watch a few shows and I already know when they're on.

In the past I've occasionally been suckered into buying an issue or two of TV Guide for the 'collector' covers, but I'm over that now.

I stick to the local newspaper guide mostly, but will check www.tvguide.com on occasion to see if one of my shows is a rerun or not (only when it's not clear in the local guide).

A few years ago, I renewed my subscription for 3 years. Then I got TiVo. Ever since then, I check out a few articles, skim through the listings a bit, but then don't look at it much at all the rest of the week. TiVo tells me when there's a new episode, I don't need TVGuide for it anymore.......
