I despise Chevy Chase, but that has more to do with his post-SNL career than when he was on the show, so I'm not certain it counts.

Least favorite: Haven't kept up with the show all that much since 93, but I've watched skits with Will Ferrell and I just don't get what's so great about him. I'm sure there have been worse, but for all his hype he tops my list.

I stopped watching about a year ago for about the previous 15 years, so the repeats are my only source. But from that:
Favorites:
Tracy Morgan (Brian Fellowes is my favorite running skit to date)
Will Ferrell (The only guy that could keep a straight face no matter what)
Tina Fey (That’s partially because I’m enamored, but damn she’s clever)
Adam Sandler (The only guy that almost could never keep a straight face)
Horatio Sanz (I actually thought that was the real Larry Flynt the first time I saw him on there)
Least Favorite:
Mike Myers (Sprockets had a couple of funny lines, but otherwise this is the only cast member that makes me flip the channel when I see him in the opening credits)
