Since its coming to dvd on March 22nd, I don't think you'll get too much help on this board. I think its only going to retail for $15 anyway.

Yeah, I've waited this long, I can wait longer. When does season two start then? ;)

My gripe with this show is that it is impossible to actually set your VCR (don't have TiVo) for the right time to get most of them unless they do a marathon. I don't know why they do them in little three minute segments sporadically as opposed to making about four fifteen minute ones.

Season 3 (technically the first batch was 2 seasons aired a few months apart) should start March 21st. It looks like they'll be doing them in 12 minute installments this time (in five chapters). Here's some info http://www.starwars.com/clonewars/ab...s20040608.html

I know what you mean about TiVo-ing them. At one point they finally did a marathon and my friend was finally able to TiVo them.

Will they re-air Clone Wars (the second series)

Will they re-air the second series before Revenge of the Sith comes out.

Please No Spoilers or Refrences to any plot.

Thanks.

Chew 05-04-05 06:16 AM

They should've taken the opportunity to play all the chapters.

whotony 05-04-05 07:37 AM

 I thought you were referring to the entire second series. My bad.

You can watch them on online at starwars.com in quicktime. http://www.starwars.com/clonewars/mi...hapter/21.html

I really enjoyed these. The characters have a sense of humor that was missing from the movies.

So it's all chapters? Sweet. I've been holding off on these but after I watched the 1st series on DVD, I can't wait to see the next installment.

I caught all of Vol. 2 but missed a bunch of Vol. 1, so this is good news.
The review on dvdtalk says that there was supposed to be a third series that has yet to air. Is that still accurate?

The last chapter of Vol. 2 ends where Revenge of the Sith begins, so unless they elaborate more on events between Episodes 2 and 3, I would doubt a third series would happen.

I think that review is referring to the two TV series Lucas would be involved with starting next year: a live action "post 3-pre 4" series and more Clone Wars. So, yes, it looks like there will be more Clone Wars. :)

Thanks for the link. I was able to watch the last 5 episodes.

Here in Canada it aired in Teletoon (the Canadian equivalent of the Cartoon Network but not nearly as good) but I missed couple of episodes.

Actually, Lucas was quoted as saying an animated TV series like Clone Wars.
