Spoiler:
Kevin McCallister's(Mike Weinberg) parents have split up. Now living with his mom, he decides to spend Christmas with his dad at the mansion of his father's(Jason Beghe) rich girlfriend, Natalie(Joanna Going). Meanwhile robber Marv Merchants(French Stewart of 3rd Rock From The Sun), one of the villains from the first two movies, partners up with a new criminal named Vera (Missi Pyle) to hit Natalie's mansion.

Home Alone 3 was bearable because they did NOT try to replace original characters. This new movie looks like a terrible idea.

Umm...

Excuse me for saying this... WTF!

This is the kid replacing Macaulay Culkin. He is 9! I know Kevin was older than that in Home Alone 2.

I cannot believe that they are doing this. There is absolutely no reason to make Home Alone 4....

It really is the Apocalypse isn't it? WTF, it's like they just had stuff left over from the previous 3 movies and said, "What the hell, let's make another one so we can use up all these sets."

WTF.... I guess the third is oboslete. Its been what, 10 years since Home Alone 2, and he hasn't grown? (Also, I thought he was like 11 or 12 in HA2?)

There was no reason to make Home Alone 2 let alone 3 and 4. I actually liked the first one, watch it every X-Mas but 2 was not even decent IMO. It was practicly bearable only due to Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci.

I love 1 & 2. 3 was watchable. This is horrible. Horrible horrible horrible. They are trying to ruin the McCallisters' good name of just leaving a child home alone twice.

I watch 1 & 2 every Christmas.

I just HATED HOME ALONE 1 and 2, but for some reason the third one made me laugh. I can't explain it. I know I'm crazy.

I don't need to see the new fourth one.

i think the 4th would be fine if they didn't make it a continuation of Culkin's character

French Stewart must be loving Disney... this tv movie and he's Inspector Gadget in the direct to video sequel movie.

I agree... it would probably be better if it was not a continuation of Kevin. I'll be watching it too costanza... probably won't like it either... oh well.

I'd watch this if 22-year-old Macaulay Culkin reprised his role, only this time he fights bungling burglers whilst spending Christmas at his uncle Michael Jackson's house.

Does French Stewart owe Mickey Mouse money or something?

Why is he doing crap Disney movies?

And why is this "fine" piece of cinema being shown on Nov 3rd as opposed to like...Dec. 3 or closer to X-mas?

Dont tell me this is part of ABC's "Sweeps" week.

I think the question is, can't Disney get someone better than French Stewart to do this crap?

Home Alone 4 looks like crap for many reasons, but French Stewart playing Joe Pesci's role is high on the list.

Geez, now I'm going to have nightmares.

Heh, this is the one time I hope a show isn't in HDTV...

Well , ya know halloween is tomorrow...so this would a be a great horror movie.

But im sure i'd be a short movie, once those burglers saw Michael Jackson they'd be a runnin'!

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones missing this made for TV movie . I have a meeting at my employer during this. So I get to me miss this movie. I find it hard to shallow that they made a 4th film. Home Alone 1 and 2 were enough for me. Home Alone 3 and 4 make me want to !
