The storylines are....crap.

Some of these kids are downright brown nosers.

I mean. If I ever cared about classroom size in school....I would have shot myself. I have better things to do (like partying, and the like) than worrying "Oh no. My class is too big. I can't take it. WALK OUT!"

That Brooke is on my bad list. If I were her dad, I would smack that smart ass mouth of hers.

I am a big fan of the show, but that many students protesting because of a high school school is totally out there. Parents maybe. But not students

You could see the riot coming from a mile away. I wonder if it somehow gets put back on Guber somewhere along the way. He is really the main cause of it.

Guber (Goober as I like to call him) makes me sick.

I wish some kid would just shoot him or something....(only in the show for dramatic effect, btw)

So, did Lauren put out for Guber last year? Is that why she is not in the series now? The Hook Lady got jealous and kidnapped her and locked Lauren in her basement?

I was pretty bummed out by the 2nd season, that Lauren was pushed aside by Jerri Ryan. IMO, Lauren is a much better actress...


As for this new season opener- I agree with most of you: How can 2 main characters from last season who aren't here anymore hardly be mentioned?! THe only mention of Louisa was the Principal telling his new assistant that she does what he says. Is it possible that Louisa was a student, and graduated? They never really mentioned that, though.... and the teacher that was fired for dating the student ALSO dated Louisa, so I doubt she was a student (Pardon my descriptions- I'm drawing a blank on everyone's names!)

And the riot at the end... way too predictable.

I give the season premier a 6 out of 10...

louisa wasn't a student. she got in trouble for writing for the paper and not revealing she wasn't a student at teh school

Joey Slotnick's character was the one that was going out with Louisa, and dumped her for the hottie that student-teaching an English class (I think that teacher died or left in a hurry). That hottie is now on Dawson's Creek, playing Dawson's fling for the summer, and is now the lead actress for the movie that Dawson is doing production assistant duties on that show.

That would so great! I'm gonna miss Nicky Katt's character though, he was the best. This past week's episode was so unbelieveable! I can't wait for the next episode
