So I started watching Alias

Since I'm all uptodate on Buffy...

That show is pretty good! Only 3/4s through "Truth be told", but so far its great!

Fans?

-------------

Anyone else getting associations to Run Lola Run?

-------------

At episode 3 - love the stadium setup scene...

Good show

-------------

Ah. Parity.. I get it...

-------------

Argh - its a cliffhanger show!! Oh well, onto "A Broken Heart"..

This is going to be a long night..

-------------

Coooome on - another cliffhanger!?

Jeezz!

They are doing the buffy trick with the very meaningful episode titles btw.. "A Broken heart"... haha..

Onto Dobbleganger

-------------

A question for seasoned Alias'ers - Why does this evil organization spend time and money trying to protect a nobel prize winner and the UCO organization?

Doesnt seem like they have anything to gain from it?

-------------

ah oh - they were trying to protect some dude...

-------------

@ Marshall !!!

It's a great show, but padding rules still apply.

hmph, that was posted over 6 eps of the show.. If my name had been G Noel Ravan, I would have been on the frontpage and praised

Anyway - does it always end in cliffhangers?

and only a few hours of real time, with no one posting in between.

The show doesn't always end in cliffhangers, but it does end that way often.

Another question : Whats FTL? Was it explained or should I just sit and wait patiently?

I'm @ episode 7 btw. Whats with all the Ally McBeal instrumental scenes?

I don't think FTL is fully explained, it's just a rival group to SD-6 that is eventually
Spoiler:
destroyed by Syd's mom's evil group.
Spoilers added for ravan - Static

So now you know.

Woah. Before I clicked on this thread, I saw that it had 8 replies...which is exactly the amount it had when before I first posted in it. I thought to myself that some mod must've deleted all the posts including mine and anyone else after me to make it look like ravan was talking to himself.

Then I clicked on the thread and saw that Static had condensed ravan's 8 replies and included them in one post.

Ravan, I sympathize because my "Beg, Borrow & Deal" thread is pretty much me talking to myself too.

Yes, apparenly no one likes Alias

I'm at ep. 11 now.. Maybe I'm overdoing it a bit.

But I have to watch the next one each time because it always ends with something cliffhangery.

Its well written though.

I'm catching up.. I missed the Marathon, so I had to resort to uh.. alternative sources.

Tivo all set for this season though

Love Marshall. His demonstrations of the new gadgets every week are the highlight of the show for me. Especially when it has something to do with phones. He always seems to call his mom...LOL

The "geeky tech guy" feels overdone to me, but Marshall does it so perfectly.

And ravan, you inspired me to start watching a crapload of old Scrubs episodes... I didn't catch a lot of the first season. Scrubs = comedy gold.
