CSI: Miami 10/14

I really enjoyed this episode. However, I do think that Caruso plays his character way over the top.

I'm still waiting for a B-storyline to pop up in one of these episodes, but that doesn't seem to be all that likely anymore.

I like the show, but I'm finding I like CSI: LV soooo much more.

Unlike Law & Order where I like each one as much as the other.

I also agree with this it makes it hard for me to get into this show because of him. It seems like every week somehow the show revolves around him I realize that he is the main character but it seems like every case has a special tie to Horatio. The bomb episode, last nights episode and I thought there was one more. Still what are the odds that he would know some one on 3 of the 5 cases they have had? I am not giving this show much more of a chance I like the original way better as they let the other characters develop on their own. This is just a show for David Caruso to get his big red head out in the public again even Kim Delaney get way less air time than big red. I hope his head gets bigger soon so he will leave the show (ala NYPD Blue) and let the other actors get some time. Of course this is just my opinion.

The promo for next week suggests that they are adding a B story and they will be working on 2 cases.

As for the show, I like it but Horatio is no Grissom and the supporting cast for LV is 100 times better than Miami.

I agree with this statement. I thought Kim Delany would do it for me...but she is hardly in it for me.

I never really liked Caruso, but I gave this show a chance and it is definitely not the Las Vegas CSI...at all.

I find myself getting bored with the storylines and not wanting to continue watching, but I do. But I think I will drop the show from my list of shows to watch.

I also can't stand Caruso's voice. The deepness of it doesn't fit him. (Just a little pet peeve.)

Is it just me or is the camera lens they use for outside shots annoying as all hell.

It's very orangey.

And I thought I was the only one.

Maybe it'll take time to get used to the characters, but I didn't have that trouble with CSI. Liked them from the start. They could cancel Miami and I don't think I'd notice.

Is murder the only crime that take place in Las Vegas and Miami?

I thought the forensics depts usually spend their time on fraud and white colar crime investigations more than anything else? Even accidents take place more often then murders.

I realize it's TV, but a little bit of realism wouldn't hurt.

Did people like this epiosde? I thought Quincy did this type of thing and did it better 20yrs ago. It looks like one of the CSI shows have to go. Maybe I'll stick with Vegas....
