Felicity/Alias fans...a connection between the shows?
OK, we all know JJ Abrams created both shows and Greg Genberg plays on each. On Felicity, he played Sean Blumberg. On Alias, he play Eric Weiss.
Here's a bit of trivia I found today and I'm wondering if JJ Abrams is just being cute or if he's actually making a connection between the shows. Go here and you'll see Eric Weiss' CIA profile. Note anything unusual? His mother's maiden name is...Blumberg.
Is it possible Sean on Felicity was recruited by the CIA in New York, while in college, just like Sydney was recruited?
I know it's crazy, but I'm just speculating.
I've read that JJ Abrams would like Keri Russell (Felicity) to show up on Alias sometime. And since Scott Foley (Noel on Felicity) is married to Jennifer Garner (Sydney), it's probable he might show up sometime, too.
Just to get your wheels turning...

They might as well play around, since they both Disney-backed shows. Even though Felicity aired on the WB, it was produced by a Disney owned company, and likewise for Alias. There would be no real conflicts, and I don't think Keri Russel's even doing anyting right now. Scott Speedman and Scott Foley both got new jobs...

Another obvious one - that horrible love triangle JJ is writing for Will and Vaughn as well! Man JJ, keep it out of the show - this is not Felicity for spies. Who the hell doesn't believe Syd will end up with Vaughn in the end anyways?!
