Curb Your Enthusiasm 10/06

Did anyone happen to catch this episode? I was laughing my ass off!

"Is that the baby porn star?"

"Hey why don't you taken Uncle Miltie out of here"

@ Larry David

This guy is crazy!

This is the only show that makes me laugh out loud constantly.

I died when Cheri Oteri is singing the Looney Toons theme in the car and Larry is nodding his head along. Subtle touch, very funny.

Very funny episode.

Does it throw anyone else when celebrities do cameos not as themselves? I expected to Tim Kazurinsky to be... Tim Kazurinsky. And then he wasn't.

Thought the ending was the weakest part here. But the rest of the episode was pretty good. Gotta like it when Larry reminded everyone that the one chef's meal was "too saucy".

And we've already got lines prepared when applesauce is offered.....

Agreed. This is how it SHOULD HAVE ended:

Susie: And you know what broke my fall...12 sponge cakes!

Larry: (pause) You threw away the sponge cakes?

Credits.

I think the ending would have been MUCH better if they hadn't shown her throwing out the sponge cakes. They should have just left with her accepting the sponge cakes and asking "What am I going to do with 12 sponge cakes?"

Then at the end it would have been funnier for her to land on them outside the garbage because we wouldn't have known that's where she put them.

It would have been a funnier surprise.

Any idea if and when the prior seasons might be available on DVD? I've loved this show since the beginning but never taped it (I HATE VCR's). Know that I have a DirecTivo setup, I record them all. I am dying to get some of last years episodes. The Doll was great, and so was the one about the Cobb Salad and Richard Lewis' doctor!

Still the funniest show on TV, and as many great moments as this one had, it was probably a below average CYE.

And yeah, the ending was weak compared to all the grat CYE endings (think "The Doll," "Trick or Treat," etc...)

And yes, PLEASE release this on DVD! I've only seen about half the episodes and I'm dying for more!
