Yeah, I have no idea who Charles Haid is and I never watched NYPD Blue (I think that's where Franz is from) or ER (Marguiles?).

Here's another shot in the dark....people who've showed their asses on TV?

Charles Haid played Andy Renko on Hill Street Blues, Franz plays Andy Sipowitz on NYPB Blue and Julianna Margulies played Nurse Carol Hathaway on ER. Their characters all had something happen in their first season.....

Goliath the big rig. Wasn't it driven by the real Michael Knight, who subsequently changed his name to Garth?

Nearly. Both the Andys got shot. All three were supposed to be killed off on their show's pilot episode (Carol Hathaway OD'd). In all three cases, some executive decided that the character was too good to lose, so they were brought back as a series regular instead and had a long, sucessful, Emmy-nominated run on their respective show. I guess that wasn't as easy a question as I had thought.

ps: You make me feel old. Hill Street Blues was the first show (along with Cheers) that I went gaga over. I met Charles Haid during the run of the series and he was touched that my friends and I met on Friday morning to discuss the previous night's show -- the birth of water-cooler shows.

I loved Cheers, too....I remember it better than I remember HSB....I think I was like 7 or something in the HSB heyday.

Since Red Dog's not around to ask a question, I'll go ahead and ask one...

What were the names of Mike's two best friends on the show "Growing Pains"? First names will suffice.

Correct.

Leonardo di Caprio played Luke...who the Seavers took in for a little while after Mike found him sleeping/living in the school.

Not sure if this is too trivial, or too easy. Anyways...

Hey, I worked it in seemlessly. One question post ... one answer post explaining the answer.

Btw, would you like a flyer?

I could have sworn it was Jefferson Lane in 1 episode, but I looked it up after I posted it, and it's not. Close, though.
