Buffy Season Premiere Thread

I wanted to be the first to post a Buffy thread for the new season. I am so proud of myself!

Please refrain from starting other ones tomorrow. Thanks!

I don't why I'm not really looking forward to Angel. I loved last season and they had such a great cliffhanger, but I can't really get excited about it. Also, I get this strange feeling that Smallville will actually have the best season premiere. They had a great first episode last year and I'm partial to tornadoes.

Regardless of season premieres, Buffy is still the show I'm most looking forward to this season. I didn't like last season, but considering Buffy has produced some of the best hours of TV ever, it still has better potential than any other show on TV.

REAL SPOILER...I saw it last night...Skip if you don't want to know some things that happen...

Spoiler:
Good episode, and it was great to see the old characters back. What were they doing there? Glory, Adam, Drusila, The Mayor, The Master, and Warren (am I missing anyone?) showed up, tormenting Spike (who has a new hairstyle!). I wonder what is up with the new principal. Buffy gets a part time job at the new school, where Dawn is now attending. And check out Xander all grown up, in a suit. Anya is still a vengeance demon, but her heart doesn't seem to be into it. Not much about Willow and Giles though...

Having re-viewed that episode, I really only cared for Spike's song, so I doubt I will spend money just for that one, but you never know!

Well I'm about to go watch it now (7 hours before it's showing on upn) and from the teaser I watched last night, the beginning looks interesting. We'll see how it goes

It took me three stores until I finally found the soundtrack to the musical. I was on a mission and swore I would not go home without one. When I listened to it, I was glad that I got it. I have a burned copy off of some website, but the official cd is of much better quality. You can actually hear a lot more of the background music. Plus it has some music from "Hush" and "Restless".

Anyhoo, I am really looking forward to tonight. I can't wait to see Spike and how he turned out!

I thought I read somewhere that Joss actually sings the "life's a show" song with his significant other. How is it? Will he be the next Kelly Clarkson??

I bought my CD at Circuit City, they had quite a few in stock. I was glad to buy it, the artwork is cool and the booklet has all the lyrics!
