One of the funniest things I've seen on COPS in a long time happened tonight. A Cali cop pulls a guy over for no license plate light. He cuffs the guy for being squirly and pulls out a bag of speed in his pants pocket. The camera zooms to the guys shirt and it's a D.A.R.E shirt.

The guy was an idiot. He kept saying "Aw come on man". The cop shoulda slapped him quiet. He hadn't had a license for 10 years, he wears the DARE shirt cause it's a hand me down. He's worried his little boy is going to see him get arrested. He says he doesn't condone his drug taking to the people around him. Man was he fidgity! I think he was on something right then and there.

I think he lived around here in Southern CA, in the San Bernardino area.

Well so far after 2 episodes of Cops this year, the quality doesn't seem to be up to par. Last weeks car chases were lame, but this week was a little better. Hopefully instead of jumping from city to city for the 3 segments, they stay with one police dept. so you can get a feel for the cops and the fools they arrest.

Of course I will probably be one of those fools they arrest, someday!
